Toxo turns people into "risk takers" and generally very apathetic about keeping out of harms way. People with toxo (and probably all other parasties as well) seek out other people aggressively they can pass the parasite onto. This manifests in promiscuous behaviours such as seeking out others to have sex with, and other less obvious forms of behaviour such as excessive sneezing & coughing.
