It's not just the Benzo drugs, they are just one of the sources. What it all points to, is the ammonia not being able to be converted as it should- and it, along with other toxins, bypassing the liver and staying in the blood stream.

I hadn't understood that the two, L-Ornithine and the L-Aspartates needed to both be taken..L-Ornithine for converting the ammonia, L-Aspartates for converting the glutamine. I thought it could be one or the other, and was just looking at the ammonia. Luckily, I had gotten the Magnesium/Potassium Aspartates (with Taurine) that Newport had pointed out to me from http://www.iherb.com,
and have been taking the L-Ornithine with them, plus I just got a Calcium Aspartate too.

It wasn't until I had a definite brain reaction to L-Glutamine, 3 times, that I figured out the ammonia/glutamine connection (and killing Lyme's co-infections, which produce ammonia neurotoxins)
