There is still much to eat! Fish and chicken in moderation, brown rice and all kinds of beans, fruits and vegetables, oat meal and there alot of various grains and flours, raw nuts and seeds, almond or rice milk... just to name a few of the wonderful foods that are good for us.
You can come up with a lot of healthy meals if you do a search on the internet. Most of us were brought up to believe many foods were healthy that are not.
