Re: Sinus Flooding Working - Thank You!

===> "I have been dealing with so many different health issues, one of which was the most horrific sinus congestion I have ever experienced - my headaches were so bad I started pounding my head from the pain - nothing worked until I started using sinus flooding which I, by the way, learned about on this site. Bravo for sites like CUREZONE!!!" <===

I am very happy that you have found some relief from your horrible sinus problems.

===> "I would tilt my head back, spray three times and quickly lower my head almost to the floor for about two minutes - then I did the same on the other nostril." <===

Tilting the head back and having fluid in your nasal passages, puts the Eustachian tubes and middle ears at risk for problems. In the documentation, I wrote about the risk to the Eustachian tubes and to the middle ear, of doing a sinus flooding on one's back. I wonder if I should also warn about not tilting the head back? On the other hand, I am not a doctor, nor a health expert. I am just relating my own experiences with sinus flooding. What did you think about how I described these risks in the documentation?

===> "I did try the peroxide (diluted) as a nasal spray solution but I think that the grapefruit seed extract (which I bought a bottle of) did a better job for me. Or at least I think I had better results but, I really did not use your "recipe" or shall I say "formula"".

Any thoughts? <===

If using grapefruit seed extract works best for you, that is great! You have found something that helps you, and you certainly have seen significant improvements in your sinuses.

Best of luck and health to you!
