I stopped checking curezone after going a long time without anyone posting about upside down sinus flooding with peroxide. I just started checking, and noticed quite a few posts. I will check more often.

I use a small, about 3 oz, Saline Nasal Spray bottle that costs about $3, and empty it first before I add the peroxide, baking soda and Kosher salt.

Please read the documentation fully before deciding whether or not to consider a sinus flooding as an option.
