Hey Condo,
I just tried your receipe. Its the day after and I wanna tell you about it. First of all, I didnt get any weird shit out at all, second my sinuses started to swell immediately with the treatment are is still swollen and give off a white snut that runs all the time (its passed about 12 hours). How long should I keep my head upside-down all in all? How often do you recommend it? How long til my sinuses calm down and start to get better?? Dariush
