===> "I just tried your receipe." <===
I hope that it helps you.
===> "Its the day after and I wanna tell you about it. First of all, I didnt get any weird shit out at all," <===
Was there any blood in the discharge?
The flooding can loosen up some crusty or disgusting looking stuff, but that isn't always the case.
===> "second my sinuses started to swell immediately with the treatment are is still swollen and give off a white snut that runs all the time (its passed about 12 hours)." <===
Peroxide is very irritating to the sinuses. However, it is more irritating to germs. If the anti-infective mixture can get to the infectious germs within the nasal passages, it can help to battle against a sinus infection.
===> "How long should I keep my head upside-down all in all?" <===
The longer I keep my head down, the longer the anti-infective mixture can do it's job. I try to stay down at least two minutes.
===> "How often do you recommend it?" <===
