Re: Sinus Drainage

Thanks, Bob.

I am not generally stuffy during the day, just a little at night.
This is why it is so wierd. Not too sypmtomatic.

I just got an MRI back and it showed I am infected & inflammed in my R sinus. The second ENT guy I went to
said to do surgery. He suggested to use a local for surgery because of hep c and the liver. (The first guy wanted to use heavy Antibiotics , not knowing if the infection is viral or fungal or bacteria)

He said my sinus opening is so small that the 6 months of natural remedies I've been using didn't work and won't work.
He said I've been inflamed and infected too long.
He also said if I use aggressive irrigation after surgery, I won't need Antibiotics which did appeal to me.

Now I don't know what to do because I'm not keen on surgery. My AST is always high because of another infection from what my ND's and MD's have told me. The liver ALT is way low, but I can never get my AST down. I have to get it down. I suspect my sinus has been harming my immune system and won't let me get over that hump.

I want to get on with healing.....
What do you think?
