also make sure you are keeping your tongue to the roof of your mouth

put the irrigator on and flush all air bubbles

then find the setting that shoots water into the air no more than 1 inch (it is #2 for me)

insert into nostril - bend over into sink turning head so that the open nostril is near the sink and the one with the grossan is up

run until clear
