Re: My personal cure for sinus infections. It works!
Lazman, you said: "Anyway The first couple of times I did use too much Hydrogen Peroxide and my sinus snapped shut that night, but eased in the morning."
- When I first experimented with peroxide, I used much, too much, and my sinuses swelled shut for three days! I was in a lot of sinus misery before I tried it, so during those three days, I was ready to shoot myself.
You also said: "I have been laying on a bed with my head tilted back, but I think your posture may be the best as I don't think my front sinuses fill with the head tipped back."
- A little warning. The Eustachian Tube openings are somewhat near the back of the throat, about even with the nostrils. On your back, with your nasal passages filled with liquid, there is a real possibility that the liquid could be covering the opening to the Eustachian Tubes. And......... with the middle ear in a position lower than the openings, there is a real possibility that, if you swallow, or move your jaw too much, or chew, or yawn, that the liquid can get into the Eustachian Tubes and down into the middle ear.
You also said: "So thanks for your post, it seems to be doing me a world of good."
- Great hearing from you. I'm glad that the sinus flooding is helping. Best of luck!
