You should use wobenzym, enzyme therapy tablets. they really work and have no side effects. I couldn't breathe at night , i had to use sprays all the time and now i don't after taking it. they work wonders for the sinus inflammation. go to Ebay and do a search for Wobenzym. This stuff is great.
