I went now through a 2 weeks "facial steaming" process and i am having great results, i used to have sinus infection every 1-2 weeks can you believe that, i tried to flood my sinuses with netti pot but !!!!!! it went for worse than better. I dont know if the flooding of the sinuses is having a different effect from person to person.

Anyway i really recomend you guys to go for a facial steaming as it really helps!!!
