Re: Anthelmintic Series: Cloves - Microbes & Bug Repellent - Part 4

Still not something I'd want to leave out with killing parasites. It seems that the people that aren't using cloves as part of their parasite killing methods- whether it's using drugs, MMS, herbs- whatever...are the ones that think they have finished them off, and are "cured", only to find themselves down the road with more of them to deal with, or find new hatchlings.

There's other good information in this information that I've never heard before too- thanks!

From your information though:

>>>As with many other volatile oils, clove oil inhibits gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. Its fungistatic action has been documented, suggesting use as an antidermatophytic drug. 12 Clove oil also has anthelmintic and **larvicidal properties**. Another report suggests clove oil suppresses aflatoxin production. 13

Kills insect larvae (!)
Antifungal (just on the skin?), and suppresses aflatoxin production.
