you should have your SSKI by now. i figure one drop per milliliter of distilled water is a good concentration. one could do a few deep breaths and see how that goes for about thirty minutes and then try a few more hits if necessary. that level of dosing seems quite mild to me. i usually alternate between the nose and mouth so i get the sinuses too.

drink your water and salt(watercure) and dont neglect the selenomethionine. i think you will be ecstatic.
