Re: understanding the nebulizer - avoiding the dangers

I'm dealing with some kind of "cold" too, that sounds similar to what Trap has described - not in my chest though mostly in the sinuses, I do have a bit of a cough.

I agree wholeheartedly with Grz and Wombat here. Am a bit concerned, too.

Well, I am doing everything BUT iodine; I wanted to spray silver up my nose, and that helped a lot. I did go for a one mile walk yesterday (20 minutes) and literally crashed into bed and slept for like five hours. I also had a bit of a dizzy spell before I crashed.

Felt GREAT after the nap. Nose was clearer, too!

Again, NO iodine, NO iodide, but doing everything else: my treated water, compliment supplements, and eating raw.

I goofed at supper last night and today though. Had just a little bit of blue cheese on last night's salad and plugged up again. I cleared up today, eating raw, but then had sugar (pickled beets and sweet dressing) on tonight's salad. Probably a tablespoon's worth of dressing on each meal.

So, I do MUCH better staying STRICTLY raw with whatever this is - and NO SSKI nor I2.

fwiw

PS: I think the only iodine I've had this week was the iodine I put on my finger when I stuck it into that hot oil frying the chicken nuggets my family wanted Saturday night. I painted the tips of two fingers. I'm not even using Wombat Salve on my skin this week. I have non-iodinated oil in the shower right now.

I think I've been off iodine for about a week now - trying to remember just how long. The puffiness around my eyes and in my neck has reduced DRASTICALLY. My friends noticed it bigtime, too.

I do remember in the Cayce studies that some people were told to take so much iodine for a six-week period, and then go OFF of iodine for six whole weeks. Then, they could go back on again for six, and then off again.

Perhaps some of us need to pulse more like that.

Being a guinea pig is one thing. We've learned SO MUCH from Trapper. But I, for one, would really hate to lose such a good friend.
