I know I have it because I see a holistic chiropractor who uses applied kinesiology, and I tested for that AND sporozoa, which was just (medically) confirmed for me via stool sample (blastocystis hominis infection).
Who knows if you have it, man. But it's worth getting checked out--I am not ruling out anything anymore after my parasite discovery. A whole new world...kinda like Aladdin...

I love kombucha, but like you said, it can encourage candida, which I also think I have. So I'll probably start brewing it again after I begin to get healthy. I'd like to really do it---make really tasty flavors like your friend does. My first venture with it...well...I kinda half-assed it.

Out of curiosity, what kind of Sugar do you use in your brewing, since parasites feed on sugar? Is there a good alternative Sugar substance that's good for brewing the bucha?
