Would make sense, as this is a very low glycemic index plus healthy fat diet.
Those of us who have gained a bit of weight may be those who had such severe dietary restrictions for so long before starting this that we have been using a bit more higher glycemic index foods than is optimum for us. These would be things such as grains, beans, potatoes, sweet potatoes. This has certainly been true of me.
Now that I read your post, I recall that when I was doing a very low glycemic index version and using more alk drink, I had been loosing about 10 pounds a month. It would really not be much of a problem to go back to that sort of eating for a while.
