I have to try Your breakfast shake, sounds very tasty.
My alkalizing ritual is pretty much the ml protocol.
(it is quite a lifestyle change for me and I am still trying to do it right)
After reading what amounts of ml drink You consume,
I was kicking it up a notch too :-)
Since I cannot really add any new tricks, I really hope some of the pH veterans share their secrets with us.
