108778, I am so excited for you and your enthusiasm is wonderful to see. Thank you for sharing what you do.
I tried to sit down and give thought to what I would share but I kept stopping because I thought to myself that my pH ritual may become someone elses daily ritual and it may not be right for them.
This is a very individualized protocol, my daily ritual my be good for me but not for the next person. Besides your ritual sounds incrediable to say the least.
I don't want to dampen anyone's ideas by posting exactly what I do, besides mine constantly changes to meet my needs. So what I tell you today would only be wrong tomarrow.
But you keep up the good work and that good attitude...I love it. :)
