Your comment: Most of the people that I think the bible was talking about were people who wanted to deceive...they fully understood the truth but chose to lead people astray anyway. Just like the devil knows who God is but still choses to mislead people.

There are tons of people who are leading people astray left and right with "pete and repeat" information and are decieved by the devil. They have scales on their eyes. It's not that in their hearts they want to deceive, they truly believe they are correct in their information. I believe and have hope that these people can be reached.
