--answer--Magnesium vs Calcium

Hi refreshed,

Your question: ML: "Magnesium is a muscle relaxant, while calcium is a muscle constrictor".

Could it be people believe this myth because that is what muscles feel like when you take too much of one or the other?

I know when I take alot of calcium it feels like the muscle tighten and magnesium always feels like it relaxes.....but in time both of them will cause my muscles to burn and feel exactly the same way if I keep taking them alone.

Answer: This may be one way of looking at the problem?

As I have stated our bodys must have a certain ratio of the Calcium to Magnesium as well as Sodium to Potassium and each of these must stand in a certian range to each other or we shall have Sickness and Diseases !

It is about Balance between each of them as our body requires !

Still it is the Excess Acids that may Cause Muscles to Contract, --NOT-- Calcium as some want to believe !

His overall post about the Value of Magnesium was Very Good, but when it came to his comments about Calcium , it left a lot Lacking !

This problem of supposed Experts doing research and passing it off to be the Truth, is just another case of Pete and Repeat, with them being the Repeat !

I believe the Good Book has something to say about those whom Mis-lead the Masses with False info?

So, those of us sharing info to help others Heal, We have an extra Personal Responsibility to share the Truth as Best we have come to learn it and be willing to correct ourself, if we are found Lacking in the Truth !

You can probably tell by my tone of this message that I do not think to highly of those whom are Repeats, whom Lack in the Truth, yet are trying to Sell their wares to those they are trying to Claim their info is correct ! I am pleasantly Happy when I find one whom is willing to correct himself and work toward not making the same mistake twice of just repeating what they have Read and or Heard as it is the Truth, when they have been shown it is False info !!
