Thanks for sharing. I guess if it is the highest quality (high brix) you can find, it would be good to do. Is there a reason for fruit or could one just use vegetables? I was just wondering how that would fit into the whole sodium foods in the fall/winter and potassium in the spring/summer idea of ML's. It has been so crazy this winter from going from 30's to 85 degrees every other day in my area of the SW. Who would know it's winter here. lol
