Hey I just have to add my 2 cents. I have been on bios for months with no effect I am talking none!!! It makes no sense until you add Iodine into the equation then presto -chango whole new ballgame! You have to have the Iodine for all that mess to even work. Someone told me in one Suzanne s books she mentions iodine...not sure have not read any of them!
