Congrats on Day 6. I applaud you on the goal of cutting out meat. I don't think I will do it but ideally I would have little meat and keep seafood. I think how little I go down to will depend on how many vegetarian dishes I can learn that my husband loves! lol Plus I do love the meat. But a few times a week is plenty for me. I won't lie, I could not give up seafood. I'm from MD and I'll be heading back there where the seafood is soooooo good! :-)
