Re: Hiya Errrrrybody

Hi Roooth,

Thank you for the recipe it looks really good except I don’t like cauliflower, I’m wondering if I could leave the cauliflower out of the cauliflower soup, LOL!  I’m trying to reset my tastes for healthy food through fasting and I’ve read that you’ve done that to some extent.  I’m trying to come up with something I could live with an enjoy for the rest of my life.  I’m glad you’ve progressed further than I have in this area.

Anyway, I think I could make this soup a few days after the fast without the cauliflower I’m sure it would still taste great, onions, scallions, celery, vegetable bouillon, and all the herbs, YUM!  I think it would make a great broth.

I’ll let you know how it is without the cauliflower after my fast.  I’m searching for a way to learn to like veggies that are good for me, so I agree it is really important to find a way to make them tasty. I’ll check into Thai, I’ll probably have to get the coconut milk at a health food store whereas you can probably find it in any grocery store where you live, I envy you, ha ha.  Thanks again Roooth.

Willow
