I will hang out some more for a bit. I am going to start a fast tomorrow of undetermined length. I think I would like to go for at least 10 days and I start tomorrow. Is anyone else starting soon or just started? I'd love to hear how you're doing and your story about why you're fasting.
I don't have a specific reason for this fast - just general good health and weight loss, up to 20 lbs. When I'm done, I really want to put some extra effort in learning to cook tasty meals that will both be healthy and traditional enough that my husband will consider it a proper meal, lol. I'm also considering making my day fruit or green smoothies so I plan to experiment with those and soup versions of those.
Anywho, today I only had some coconut and water. Tomorrow I want to start and am considering doing a few days dry. That's all for me.
