Big trouble! Please help...

I`ve got a huge problem! I did The Master Cleanse for 22 days after which I did a liver flush. The flush produced many huge stones, about 2,5 cm, all dark tan in colour. I was sooooo delighted!! My problem? One or several are now stuck in my bowel, leaving me with no bowel movement and increasing pain at the intake of food... I`ve tried saltwater flushes, pshyllium Bowel Cleanses and another liver flush. So far I`ve manage to get out one big stone,but the rest are stuck. What now? I`m in total panic!
