Anyway I am no longer prepared to give fasting advice to people who do not take positive advice, eg dump the boyfriend who hates you because you are not thin enough... stop fasting when your hair is falling out... especially when they never ever ask about refeeding... want to lose weight even when refeeding and so on, and seem to be fasting more often than they are refeeding, often fasting for extremely long times.
Some people may not like the content of the video below, but unfortunately it's true.
I am sorry, but I have to tell anyone to STOP fasting when their hair is falling out, unless you have some medical condition that fasting may cure AND you are under the supervision of a natural hygienist or fasting doctor.
And if anyone thinks we don't get people using our forum as a method of purging in a binge purge cycle, you are wrong, because I have found links to this forum on pro-anorexia and pro-bulimia sites. I am not saying that sweety1984 is doing anything like that, but from what I have read from your previous posts sweety1984, and from the frequency of your fasts, you should not be fasting sorry. Go and see a doctor, NOW, and discuss your unhappiness with them. They will be able to help. Losing weight won't help you.
