congrats on making it 20 days!!! thats incredible. so from what im understanding you have lost 32 lbs in 20 days??? thats pretty good results from what i have been reading in other people threads. 1.6 lbs a day is very good. what weight are you trying to hit and most of all how are you feeling physically and mentally? a small piece of advise i can give you is not to stress yourself to much over this, to much stress could cause you to break your fast.
But i am extremely jealous of you making it 20 days as i hope i can make it that far. so congrats all the way around
