Those parasites arn't dumb then.
The oxygenation mentioned on that site was never mentioned by Jim Humble.
oxidation is not the same thing. chlorine can oxidize without an oxygen atom in sight, in fact JH says in his book that stabilised oxygen is a misnomer
They have that bit wrong, so the oxygenation you felt may have been for another indirect reason, I don't know quite what you mean by that though
