I forgot to say that I have been taking kelp but I saw on the Iodine forum that it can have arsenic in it, well wouldn't that kill parasites? Just joking. So the Iodine forum was so confusing to me I don't know where to start. Yes, I agree that I will start up at lower doses at some point. Does Iodine deficiency cause parasites to take hold? thanks.
