i will continue doing my fast till my hunger returns, today also my tounge is in yellow color
shall i stop fasting when my hunger returns or tounge didnt get yelow?
and i also want to ask to everyone tht when i stop fasting and refeed me properly and after that can i start immediately another short fast for 5 days or 10 days
can i ????
