I would sujest do not weight yourself everyday .
If you insist to weight , do it like every couple of days.
After two weeks the weight stays sometime the same ,even can happened that goes up for a day or two then drops again .
I did not weight myself even at the begining of this fast.
I probably weight me at the and of it.
It is not the main purpose of the fast , it is just a bonus , a ward .
