Is it correct that you juice three (3) times a day? You should only be drinking max-8oz of juicing daily. From what you have written, in the mornings you are juicing carrots, apples,pineapple. Then you repeat the apples, carrots and celery. I'm guessing you do the same at night,right? LazyL, Your taking in too much sugar!
If you had more green, you would not need to juice as often. All those fruits and veggies are good but at the same time they can be bad. Especially if you want to keep the fungas at bay. Two things could have caused those pains: Too much Sugar entering your blood; the fungas feasting on all that sugar. In order to eliminate the yeast you have to KILL IT!! How do you kill it? By adding darker green food to your already good nutrition. Here are some ideas for modifying your day:

Breakfast:

Green shake:

Flax
Kefir
hemp protein
green superfood powder
non fat or almond or goat milk
raw almonds
banana
any berry-strawberry,rasberry,etc..
1 raw egg
Blend to consistency and drink every morning.
Everyone that has tried it, can't get over how delicious and nutritious it is.


You have to determine when you want to juice afternoon or evening. I personally prefer 2 hours after dinner. That way the medicinal portion will cleanse your blood while you sleep. This is what you should be juicing:

(NOTE: NOT ALL AT THE SAME TIME)

Spinach, Fennel,radish,cucumber,green chard,lettuce, celery,dandalian(sp?)greens
red,green cabbage, Green leafy veggies, tomato, lime, ginger, bok choy, beet root,
turnip, kale,parsley, and any other greens you can find in your fresh veggie section at your market. Remember, this is not just a blood cleanser, it is a body tonifier. What makes these greens so healing is the chlorophyll. Chlorophyll is the # enemy for the fungas in our body. They can not live in a clean body. On the other had they thrive in a dirty and Sugar infested body. Thats why you only need 8oz a day because it is very powerfull. You'll see!!

Everything else your doing sounds good. Continue juicing wheat grass that is also part of the chlorophyll family . And remember, although they are fruit, they still have sugar. Be carefull. I would follow these examples of for (1) month and tell me how you feel, alright? The minute the green starts entering your blood, you'll feel it.

ps. carrots and beets should be used only in the beginning of your juicing journey. They will help make a better taste, but as you continue you will not require the help. The greener the better. Enjoy!!
