Re: Colloidal silver and pets

"I disagree. Not that I do not think that ionic silver will work, but despite information put out by those who have mostly ionic products, true Colloidal Silver is far superior for any condition where the silver has to get past the digestive system, and Colloidal Silver does convert to ionic silver upon contact with single-celled pathogens."

Show me the scientific evidence.

However the theory, I believe, is pretty much debunked by an article
which is (ironically) found on the Purest Colloids sister web site:

"Mesosilver and Utopia-Silver are miles ahead of any other product and still further ahead of anything that can be made at home, due to their ability to make much smaller nano-silver particles (as small as .65 nanometers) and the huge advantage in surface area per PPM as a result. "

JAB

You claim .65 nanometers which I can't verify other than Utopias claims. Ionic Silver made with a low current is .001 to .005 micrometers which equals 1 to 5 nanometers. Pretty close to Utopias claims but 20 dollars less per eight ounces. Simply put, you can't get any smaller than an ion.

In my opinion. Utopia has plenty of great products that cannot be made at home but Colloidal Silver isn't one of them.
