Everyone keeps telling me NOT to juice because there is tooo much Sugar in it and I'll GAIN weight (even if I cut out solids).
If you can lose weight with juicing...is it a quick thing or something that happens gradually over time?
Is this true?? I can't see how one can become FAT on Juicing.
I would think there'd be a difference between fruit & vegie sugar/ versus refined sugars.
