The Supreme Court made a decision that neither Obama nor McCain should have been running in the presidential campaign because neither has the correct citizen status. The article I read said that the Supreme Court could still invalidate Obamas' eligibility to become president, but PROBABLY won't. So it probably wouldn't be difficult to remove/impeach Obama even after the inauguration (for any reason whatsoever).
Whether an emergency is declared for war, terror, economic crash, or severe weather consequences (earthquake "swarms" now surround Yellowstone Park supervolcano), it's no longer "business as usual" in America. The sad part is that people continue to think that government is still trustworthy (like it ever was).
