An Iran/Israel incident is likely, this looks like a possibility around January 16. Putin looks to be sincerely awaiting Obama presidency to commence.

As for the testing of this new President as Joe Biden suggests... It does not seem likely, as Bush consistently appears to be the last President of the U.S. The inauguration will not go as planned. An event (not neo-con related) is possible to cause widespread chaos and stock market to tumble & martial law.
Dollar looks to nose dive sometime in February.
