herpescure, that 'acid this' and 'acid that' seems misleading as the overall pH of the body or blood itself. Specific 'acids' are localized agents, you don't find them floating around the whole system. It is the blood pH that is of concern, as it travels and feeds most of our body.
Even swimming pool pH strips can help monitor blood pH to safe levels when using baking soda, by adding 1 point to the strip urine reading: 6.4 ('acid' urine) means 7.4 blood. Simple arithmetic. And a number of people i know and myself, and only for experimental or theurapeutic purposes, add ONE level tsp of baking soda to one glass of distilled water, zipped in 24 hrs or at once, no problem to me, and that will raise the pH by ONE POINT for 24 hrs, or 7.4 urine (8.4 blood), and as long a condition is being remedied.
Two cups of (distilled) water and two chopped regular Kombucha mushrooms turned into pudding in a blender, can be added by half-cupfulls to ice cream (for flavor)with nuts and fruits, for an easy way to break down LACTIC ACID, after muscle breakdown with exercise, physical work, or a cancerous condition, therefore eliminating or reducing pain. Lactic acid does NOT help with cancer, it is a by-product of it.
B-15, the Russian Formula, Calcium-Pangamate, will also reduce muscle pain by breaking down Lactid Acid in tissues, metabolizing it to Glucose and storing it in the liver for further energy use. This was proven back in the 60's by athletes and bio-chemists, but Pharma, the FDA, and organized medicine (and the government) kept it from the masses.
