Re: Could iodine be responsible for this?

Thank you very much for all your answers and support. I am still in a daze. We spent the better part of last night entertaining family members who came to visit me "after surgery". I had to explain to the folk what I did and what happened. There was a lot of interest, so I gave a mini lecture about the much I discovered about iodine, and a link to this forum. I had to share the copious notes I wrote down from my reading on this forum and my precise steps with some of the women folk in my family.

1. Hulda Clark parasites cleanse
2. Liver Flush several times
3. Quit coffee cold turkey. I used to drink about a pot a day (blush) (highly stressful job)
4. 8 drops Lugols Iodine a day
2 tablets selenium (I think there is also 100 mcg selenium in my prenatal vitamins)
3,000 Vitamin C
The first two weeks, I developed some funny rashes all over my face and killer frontal headaches. I expected this because I read of people having reactions, so I was not scared. I took a coffee enema whenever it became unbearable and poof it went away. I did not get as much bad reaction as I expected :)
The third week I didn't have headaches anymore and the rashes went away.
My insomnia also went poof!! For four years I had incurable insomnia. Sleeping pills don't make me sleep at all. I used to suffice with 2 to 3 hours restless sleep a night.
I have started sleeping more than 8 hours a night. Holy smokes.
5. Increased dosage to 4 tablets of iodoral 4 times a day for three weeks.
My diet is now 99 percent meat free and about 80 percent organic.

I did not do the daily salt water flush :( I did lots of salt water flush during my cleanses though. I use a lot of Sea Salt in my food. I will start doing the daily salt water flush from today.

Should I continue with the 4X4 dosage or drop it down a notch? Frankly I have no idea how long I should sustain that high dosage but what I read said 3 weeks.

Once again, thank you everybody. If you all were here physically I would be hugging you and soaking your clothes with my tears.
