I'm wondering if you used the regular 2% Lugols Iodine (or the 5%) for the 8!drops per day and when you started the iodoral tablet after 3 months did you stop the Lugols or did you take them at the same time?
Also, you mentioned doing a cleanse prior to, I'm wondering what type of cleanse , I'm hoping to get started on this right away. Thank you for posting! Tweet
