Thanks for the heads-up about this FAKE natural product... a little googling shows that it is indeed a "refined" product {and therefore not just the Stevia plant}

Ah Ha!! I am staying away from that.

The reason is cost - real Stevia costs more than White Sugar , so corporate mentality will not use it unless they can get the cost down to that, and draw in the people who have wised up to the harm of sugar, and especially of Aspartame and other chemical sweetners.

Use Maple syrup, honey, or whole stevia for sweetners - does that make sense to you Zoebess? I have not yet tried Stevia... because I live in the land of Maple Syrup [Canada].
