Just to answer your question, from my own experience I think there is a connection between sensitivity and the adrenals. yeah ) :

I think the Biotuner might be very very helpful for you. It's also supposed
to help ADD/ADHD. There are quite a few websites that offer a 30 day money
back guarantee if it doesn't work out for you.. re: your concern with sensitivity
to EMF.. The SOTA Biotuner, I believe, has helped me (along with EMDR) learn how to relax my mind before bed and thus 'put myself to sleep'. I too had a major problem with that but
I believe the Biotuner has helped to stop/break me from the habit of worrying
to putting my cares aside..

I have never heard of iMusic for brain entrainment but I do have a copy of
the Insight CD which has binaural beats and is supposed to grow new neural
dentrites, balance both hemispheres. It's not too bad..I tried so many other
CD's but nothing has given me the results of the Biotuner..

As for Magnesium, buy some Magnesium Oil. With magnesium, your body only
can absorb so much (and not all it needs) and then you get diarrhea. With
Magnesium Oil there is about 1752mg in 1 teaspoon and you can bath in it
or massage into your body and it will be absorbed..and no diarrhea (sp?)
Also Magnesium Oil is supposed to help you make your own Human Growth Hormone
and DHEA which is very important for sleep..

Infra Red Saunas are very good. I try to take one every week. If you go for
it make sure you supplement yourself with lots of water and minerals BEFORE
and AFTER because the sauna will deplete your body of minerals due to sweating.
If you don't you could end up worse. Often I will have a few grains of Himilayan
Salt with my water afterwards..

If you've had many major emotionally tragic events you are probably suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome (PTSD).Most people have Adrenal Fatigue as well.

Did you know that 85% of all sicknesses/diseases are because of emotional/mental stress (longterm fear,anger,guilt,unforgiveness toward self - others -God ) ? I believe EMDR therapy is what you need. This is where your cure lies.. Keep taking your supplements, eating good and using some kind of relaxation method and
you will see you will start to get well. I am glad you are feeling better
than years, must be because you are eating well and taking supplements etc. but you are not healed are you? My assumption is you have to deal with the emotional stuff that happened to you, and there is nothing like EMDR to help you there. It will
help you to let go, see it as in the past, and have no emotional charge about it. If you find a good psych. you get along with the success rate is very high.

Just a friendly comment but watch your language. Don't say things like I'm dying for a good night's sleep. Remember, your organs are listening to you. I didn't sleep
at all for 1 1/2 years (was off work) and I am still alive. ( :
