Three Months??????

Oh my God. Three months? The dentist suggested I take some ALA and some cilantro/chlorella afterward and I still have that bottle of Chelex so I took a few and some drops of ziolite. Felt pretty good on a deep level to do so.

Well, on the one hand 3 months will surely give me enough time to really work on micro-bugs including myco and get rifed a bunch. Hermetically speaking, that'll put me in a cycle toward spring when chi is higher to handle a detox load like that. It'll also give me enough time to really work my mineral stores. But - why three months? I'll do some reading, yes, I will.

Don't you all go through periods of several weeks when you can't seem to really research because your focus and attention span go down? I'm going through that right now and it's frustrating the bejebus out of me.
