Doesn't decay result from infection though? The dentist said it most likely was the result of infection under the amalgam. Now, I'm not super-hot on this dentist, he has zero communication skills and no personality - but it kinda made sense to me. Why can't we find doctors with personalities AND brains? I dunno.
I do think I would have felt pain. My teeth have been super sensitive for a while and my neck constantly aches or feels stiff. Perhaps that'll lessen now, that and more liver flushing.
I'm weird about CS and have been for years. A girl with a heavy metal panel wants to look at CS with a squinty eye. Maybe it doesn't hold water, and I'll admit it might not but it seems adverse to ingest silver when your silver is high (for my taste anyway, but Tony made some decent points in the previous thread on it).
As per the breathing issue: it happens about the same times during the day. I have very little 'umphff' when waking, super tired for a few hours and then I feel I can get oxygenated and productive. It lasts for a while and about 6pm it starts going downhill to where I almost feel apnea or loss of vital energy. I've stayed up a couple times because I didn't want to fall asleep with so little breathing chi. I've done qi gong and am doing yoga but it's hard to get up the energy to do any of it, period.
Foods - I've eliminated some things and now my diet is so bare (good, but bare) that I can't imagine what it could be. I'll keep a food log over the next few weeks again and see if that's it. I don't do gluten really, hardly any dairy, primarily alkalizing grain (a couple times a week), veggies, garlic, and quality meat. I'm upping my fruit intake now that I feel my blood sugar is much more stable.
Sometimes taking my inhaler has helped, but not much. It really doesn't feel asthma-related. It feels as if I don't have enough vital energy TO breathe. It's such a strange thing to describe. I'm hoping it's related to cortisol, thyroid and the like - because I'm actively working on those things.
I felt noticeably more clear as soon as the appt. was over. Even my lungs felt they had a percentage back of their chi. It's now much later and I'm tired but I can get a fuller breath than I could this time last evening. I don't live in a house with cigarette smoke either.
so - the thing on my arse. I took that picture in May on the Rascal & Iodine stretch. It surfaced, we painted it with iodine and the man reiki'd the heck out of me, it disappeared. Magically, the next morning, there were several of said monsters in the potty. A couple came out last week just before yoga class and I stopped the last parasite cleanse darn near A MONTH AGO.
Honestly, I've done some muscle testing the last few days and some serious soul searching. I'm starting to think this is mycoplasma. I read that mycoplasma (hominis) also invade your genital tissue and can cause pain. That would explain why I've tested neg. for every STD hoopla, my diet is clean and it's still lingering. It's much less than it used to be but it is still there. I also know that there has to have been something amiss for my body to let macro wormies proliferate and myco & the other assorted micro-buggies might well be a decent answer.
My next stop, now that the amalgams are out, is to go back to a round of Samento and get rifed for Mycoplasma. It'll be after Christmas before I can drive back to WV to my friend's place and do a weekend of rifing.
Cora - are you better after having treated for Mycoplasma? BTW - missed you. Hope everything is smoothing out for you over there!
