Candida diet is a healthy diet? lol. How can a diet full of meat be that healthy.

It should be a temporary measure as stated at best.

I do know candida exists in patients with extreme immunocomprimised health.

But ive been diagnosed by several people as candida because of white tongue alone, many people here think because they have white tongue they have candida. Most practioners havent got a clue and most on here dont when it comes to the coated tongue either. In most cases its intestinal prutrefaction caused by too much meat, eggs etc which is what the candida diet is.
