Hi James...if we're getting technical here you're doing a parasite Cleanse (paragone) and a Bowel Cleanse (B&P). You can't take the paragone and the b&p at the same time. That's why it gets complicated and you might want to do the paragone after the Bowel Cleanse (way easier to schedule!) You have to take the paragone at least an hour away from the B&P and the paragone has to be half an hour away from food.
