Do you think it would be wise to cut down on starchy foods as much as possible and focus on a more protein rich diet? I do tend to have those types of starchy food 3 times a day but being on the skinny side, wanted to try and keep my body weight up as much as possible.
Maybe I should try and just have starchy food twice a day and just have veg & protein for the 3rd meal, limiting the food I give to the parasites a little more. Whaddya think??
By the way - are lentils as starchy (or as easily converted to sugars) as potatoes/rice? They are nice and filling and give me plenty of energy.... mmmmm (not as nice as a big plate of roast potatoes of course but not too bad :-))
