Thanks for sharing. I did not know about acorn, eggplant, and Celery seed. Here is what works for me: eating lots of Celery raw or cooked, staying away from overt and hidden salt and sugarin food and drink,eating red bell peppers raw (a many as three a day), low sodium tomato juice. Also, not as a preventative because daily long term use may sap your energy, if your bp is high from time to time and you need to bring it down quickly, a cup or two of chrysanthemum tea will do the trick within half and hour.
