I have became aware of another food that might lower blood pressure from reading the post on this forum. It is cucumbers. I will bravely offer my self as a guinea pig and eat some. Results will be posted later. Note: Try different ways of eating these foods. For instance I have eaten eggplant by juicing, baked, diced up and soaked in water for three days and they all have worked. I have not eaten eggplant raw but I believe it would work.
